Hi, I'm Holly - the holly part of hen & holly
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked behind the scenes helping all kinds of organizations and businesses turn ideas into clear, well-executed results. My background spans development and creative direction, graphic design, and print production. My scope of work spans box office # 1 films, Emmy Award winning TV shows, major UK record labels, and a lot of global consumer brands.
Most recently I ran Wild Beaver Design & Production Studio where I helped some of NW Arkansas's most beloved organizations with print production management - everything from marketing collateral to fast moving events and large scale projects.
Although these days I'm trying distance myself from 'fast-moving' and am in pursuit of a more thoughtfully planned, carefully managed way of life.
hen & holly was created to offer a simpler, more personal alternative to traditional agency models.
I work directly with a small group of clients, personally managing each project from start to finish. That means straightforward communication, experienced judgment, and thoughtful oversight at every stage without handoffs, layers, or unnecessary friction.
My approach is calm, practical, and collaborative. I plan carefully, manage details proactively, and help clients move from scrambled situations to dependable outcomes they can feel good about.
By keeping my client list intentionally small, I’m able to stay fully invested in the work and offer the kind of steady, senior-level support that makes projects feel manageable again.
